Simply contact us within 45 days of your order date to set up the return. Returns must be set up in advance. When we receive the merchandise back, we'll write/send you a check for the refund amount.
Note: Refund amount is the original purchase price less the original cost of shipping & handling for that product. Original shipping & handling charges for all packages and iron sets is $25.00. Consumer is responsible for return shipping charges (estimated at around $20.00). For a package return, the consumer may elect to keep some of the merchandise (at selling price listed on this site) and return only the product they are not satisfied with. Any promotional caps included with the purchase of a Machina Golf iron set or package are yours to keep for giving our product a try!

All products sold by Machina Golf come with full manufacturer's warranty. We extend a lifetime warranty on all golf clubs, both components and assembly. Should any Machina Golf club prove defective, simply contact us and we'll replace or repair it accordingly. It should be noted that golf club design changes almost yearly. In the event that a specific design is no longer available, Machina Golf will apply a generous credit toward the purchase of the new model, or replace it with the new model, upon agreement with consumer.
Accessories carry a 3-year warranty against defect and workmanship.
